What happens if I struggle falling asleep during the ramp time, and the pressure feels like it is too high?

You can stop the device and restart it, which will restart the ramp timer.

What happens if I wake up in the middle of the night to a higher pressure setting that is uncomfortable?

You can stop the device and restart it, this will allow you to go back to sleep. You can wear your PAP while still awake to help you get used to the mask and breathing against the pressure.

What if I am brand new to PAP therapy, and I am struggling with compliance because of my mask?

It is important if you are new to PAP therapy to contact us immediately if you are experiencing issues with your mask. Improper mask fit can be the primary reason for therapy failure and not reaching PAP compliance.

What is the best way to go about getting a card download or a machine check?

We recommend scheduling an appointment to make sure that a clinician is available to assist you. While it isn’t required to have an appointment, it is strongly encouraged to reduce wait times and to ensure we have the resources available to meet your needs.
